Hello everyone,

Sending out a reminder for the Day of Service on Saturday, January 21, 2012.  The event will be held from 11AM - 3PM at the Winter Haven Legion Post 8, 300 Avenue M  NW, Winter Haven.  I am really excited about this year.  Not only are we having some repeat organizations, but there are several new ones as well.  I want to thank you personally for giving up part of your Saturday.  I know the veterans and their family members will be very happy with all the information and support they will take away.  I have attached a flyer so if you wish to send out an email please feel free to do so.  Also if you have any type of website please post it there as well. 

I was able to obtain some radio coverage in the form of public service announcements and also a spot that will air four times a day on all four local radio stations the entire week prior to the event. 

If you could just send a quick rsvp back to me that would be great.  Remember there will be a free hot dog lunch served to all attendees and members from your organizations.
