Planning is well underway for a large scale event at Tigertown to celebrate Armed Forces Day on May 19.

The Fun Run will be a fund raising event for JROTC in our county.

The afternoon events will be open to the public.

All Veteran Organizations and veteran support organizations are invited to participate.  There is no charge to have a table at the event.

All veterans are urged to come out and support the JROTC programs in our county.

Veterans get into the ballgame free.  You will want to be present to welcome home some recent returnees and induct new recruits into our Armed Forces.

Mark your calendars now.
